Core removal & slab rebuild
Opening up an existing commercial building by removing its circular elevator core and stair.
1 · RemoveThe circular elevator core and the surrounding stair were taken out.
2 · RebuildThe slabs were rebuilt across the former opening.
3 · SupportNew steel supports carry the rebuilt slabs, keeping the building safe throughout the works.
Also on this project: removal of an existing column with new support for the slab above, alongside entrances, parking and office works.
